We want every learner to be satisfied with their experience. However, as our courses are digital products, refunds are only available under limited circumstances.

1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are approved if:

• You experience a technical issue that prevents course access and it remains unresolved within 48 hours after contacting support.

• You were charged incorrectly due to a duplicate transaction.

2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for:

• Change of mind or dissatisfaction after accessing course content.

• Failure to follow course instructions or technical requirements.

• Unauthorized sharing or misuse of your account.

3. Request Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
